Kansas City TV Mounting Experts provides television mounting, wire concealment, soundbar installation, home entertainment setup, and related installation services throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.

All services are subject to availability and may require an in-person assessment before final pricing is confirmed.

Estimates and Pricing

Any quote, estimate, or pricing information provided through our website, phone, email, text message, or social media is based on the information available at the time.

Final pricing may change if:

The actual installation conditions differ from those described
Additional labor is required
Additional materials are required
Structural, electrical, or installation obstacles are discovered
The customer requests additional work

Whenever reasonably possible, any pricing adjustments will be discussed with the customer before completion of the work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept payment by cash, credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, or other approved payment methods.

Failure to remit payment may result in collection efforts and any remedies available under applicable law.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding the project
Ensure lawful access to the property
Secure pets and maintain a safe work environment
Ensure televisions, mounts, accessories, and related equipment are available at the scheduled appointment unless otherwise arranged
Inform us of any known hazards, concealed wiring, plumbing, structural concerns, or special installation requirements

The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions required from landlords, homeowners associations, property managers, or other third parties.

Customer-Supplied Equipment

When installing customer-supplied televisions, mounts, brackets, soundbars, cables, or accessories, Kansas City TV Mounting Experts is not responsible for:

Manufacturer defects
Missing parts or hardware
Product compatibility issues
Equipment failures
Cosmetic defects existing prior to installation

Customers are encouraged to inspect equipment prior to installation.

Installation Limitations

While we use reasonable care and professional installation practices, installation work may involve concealed conditions that cannot be identified prior to drilling or mounting.

Kansas City TV Mounting Experts is not responsible for damage resulting from hidden conditions including but not limited to:

Concealed electrical wiring
Plumbing
Gas lines
Structural deficiencies
Improper prior construction
Undisclosed building conditions

Customers acknowledge that installation work may require drilling into walls, studs, masonry, tile, stone, or other surfaces.

Service Warranty

Kansas City TV Mounting Experts warrants workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service.

This warranty covers installation defects resulting directly from our workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

Customer-supplied equipment failures
Manufacturer defects
Physical damage caused by customers or third parties
Accidents, misuse, abuse, or modifications
Structural issues unrelated to installation workmanship

Our sole obligation under this warranty is to inspect and, if necessary, correct qualifying workmanship issues.

Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments by contacting us directly.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:

Weather conditions
Safety concerns
Equipment failures
Illness
Emergencies
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kansas City TV Mounting Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Customer-supplied equipment
